Shopify Store Manager / Operations Manager (E-commerce)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Beauty & Health space, looking for a Shopify Store Manager / Operations Manager who can take ownership of our stores and operations.

This is not a passive role — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems fast, and delivers results.

???? Your Responsibilities
Manage multiple Shopify stores across different countries
Set up and maintain stores (including enabling Shopify Payments)
Manage payment processors:
Shopify Payments
PayPal
Handle and resolve:
Payment holds
Reviews
Processor issues
Launch new stores and prepare them for scaling
Build and maintain KPI systems (Google Sheets / dashboards)
Analyze KPIs and:
Identify problems
Take action immediately
Work closely with founders on:
Business Health KPIs
Weekly action plans
Bring structure into operations and workflows
Gradually take ownership of:
Product research
Store expansion
Operational improvements

Payment processing:
Shopify Payments
PayPal
Proxy / browser management
Google Sheets (strong – KPI tracking & dashboards)
