JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Facebook Media Buyer to manage and scale paid social campaigns. This role is focused on driving profitable growth through testing, optimization, and strong execution.

You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end—from setup to scaling—while constantly identifying opportunities to improve performance.

What You’ll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns daily
- Monitor performance across campaigns and make fast, data-backed decisions
- Test new creatives, audiences, and angles on a consistent basis
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPA/ROAS
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, MER, LTV) and identify trends
- Work closely with creative team to iterate on winning concepts
- Troubleshoot account issues, tracking discrepancies, and performance drops
