Elite Sales Representative (Cold Calling & Outreach) – High Performance Role

Location: Remote

Compensation: $800 AUD/month base + high uncapped commissions

About the Role

Everluxe Property Care is a rapidly growing cleaning company based in Sydney, working with real estate agencies, commercial clients, gyms, and builders across the city.

We are hiring one elite sales professional to take ownership of outbound sales and lead generation.

This is a high-performance role designed for individuals who are disciplined, confident, and driven by results.

Key Responsibilities
High-volume cold calling to businesses daily
Outreach via Facebook, Marketplace, and direct messaging
Generating and qualifying leads
Booking appointments and supporting deal flow
Maintaining strict daily performance targets
Performance Expectations
200+ outbound calls per day
50+ outbound messages across platforms
Minimum 3–5 qualified appointments per day
Daily reporting and KPI tracking
Compensation
$800 AUD/month base salary
Commission:
Per qualified appointment (after target threshold)
5% commission on all closed deals
High performers can earn $2,000 – $5,000+ AUD/month
