Job Overview
Blue Insurance Group is a fast-growing, community-focused insurance agency based in Florida. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, client communication, and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Follow up with leads (calls, texts,
Assist with quote intake and gathering client information
Send reminders for renewals, payments, and documents
Handle inbound inquiries and route accordingly
Administrative Support
Data entry into CRM (QQ Catalyst or similar)
Update client records and policy information
Prepare and send documents/forms
Manage inbox and calendar scheduling
Sales Support
Assist with quoting
Follow up on warm leads and pending quotes
Help with cross-sell opportunities (home, auto, life)
Marketing Support
Assist with social media posting (scripts provided)
Help manage
Support lead tracking and reporting
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs,
Preferred Experience
Insurance experience (Property & Casualty or Life) HIGHLY preferred
Experience with CRMs (especially QQ Catalyst & Agency Zoom)
Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
Customer service or call center experience
Work Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time (9AM–5PM EST)
Compensation
Competitive (based on experience)
