Looking for a Wedding Editor Who Actually Gets It
Hey — I'm Justin, co-owner of ToneMedia, a wedding videography company based in New Jersey, USA. We've been shooting weddings for 12 years across some of the top venues in the NY/NJ area.
I'm not looking for someone who "knows Premiere Pro." I'm looking for someone who watches back a first dance and knows exactly where to cut. Someone who hears the toast building and already feels where the music should breathe. If you've edited weddings before, you know what I mean.
Here's what this is:
We need a Premiere Pro editor for wedding highlight reels, ceremony edits, and reception content. This starts as project-based with real potential to become ongoing and consistent work as our season ramps up.

What I need from you to apply:

2-3 wedding edits you're proud of (links, not screenshots)
Your rate — per project, per finished minute, or hourly. Be honest. I respect transparency and I pay fairly.
Your current availability and typical turnaround
Confirmation you can complete a paid test edit within 2-3 days of receiving footage

What you'll get from us:

-Organized footage, clear creative direction, and a reference cut so you're never guessing
-Respectful communication and timely payment. Always.
-A real working relationship, not a one-off gig where you never hear from us again

Please don't apply if:

You edit on DaVinci, Final Cut, or anything other than Premiere Pro
You've never edited a full wedding before
You can't turn around the test edit in 2-3 days
