JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!
We're a growing digital marketing agency in California, USA that focuses on helping dental practices grow mainly through websites and advertisements.
We're looking for a great tea ---------- mber who will join us as our designer.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Mostly our graphic design requirements consists of advertisement display ads.
- Occasionally, we'll need UI/UX design for our web developer.
- In rarer cases, we may need logo design.
Most weeks will be low intensity but with each new client, work will spike. I would estimate at most an hour a day of work on low intensity days and up to 5 hours of work on higher intensity days.
I would estimate on average it would come out to less than 7 hours of work per week.

Our work environment is very high trust.
We don't micromanage, don't put unrealistic expectations on you, and you can work whatever timezone you like.
We're very flexible. Our team enjoys being able to take time off frequently too.
However, we also have high expectations for work quality and turnaround times.

We can offer Canva Pro or you can use your own software.
