JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing ecommerce store looking for a fast, creative, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your main job is simple but high-volume: edit short-form fashion video ads and launch them as Facebook/Instagram campaigns — every single day.

If you are quick with video editing, comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, and can keep up with the fast pace of fashion content, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our brand moves fast. Trends change daily and so do our ads. You will edit short, punchy fashion video clips and immediately turn them into live Facebook ad campaigns. This is a volume role — you will be creating and posting 5 ad campaigns per day, so speed, consistency, and organization are everything.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit short-form fashion video ads daily (15–30 seconds) — clean cuts, on-trend transitions, captions, music, and brand feel
- Create and launch 5 Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns per day using Meta Ads Manager
- Write short, compelling ad copy for each campaign (headlines, primary text)
- Set targeting, budget, placements, and scheduling for each campaign
- Keep an organized daily log of all campaigns launched

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in short-form video editing — fashion, lifestyle, or retail content preferred
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads)
- Ability to produce and post 5 complete ad campaigns per day consistently
- Fast worker with strong attention to detail — quality AND speed matter here
- Reliable internet connection and own equipment
- Good written English for ad copy
- Can work independently and meet daily targets without reminders

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)
Basic familiarity with AI tools like Kling AI, Veo 3, or Gemini is a bonus. No deep experience needed — just being open to using them to speed up your workflow is a plus.
