JOB OVERVIEW

I run a kids craft website focused on simple, printable crafts for children. I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help schedule Pinterest pins using Tailwind.

This role includes:

Writing and formatting pin titles and descriptions
Scheduling pins in Tailwind
Following a specific system and instructions exactly

You do NOT need to be a Pinterest expert. I will train you on my process. However, you must be able to write clearly, think carefully, and pay close attention to details.

Requirements:

Strong written English (clear, simple, natural)
High attention to detail
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions
Experience with young children (ages 3–9)
(Examples: parent, teacher, homeschooler, nanny, tutor, or creating content for kids)

Why this matters:

Our content is for young children. It’s important that descriptions match the correct age group and skill level (for example: cutting, gluing, tracing, etc.).
