JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a detail-oriented, reliable VA to help turn video content into a clear, structured workbook.

You will be working with approximately:

9 videos (~6 hours total)
Additional PDFs and resources I provide

Some of the content includes Q&A, so part of your role is organizing what’s useful and structuring it clearly.

This role uses AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up the process, but you still need good judgment to organize the information into something clean, clear, and usable.

Scope of Work:

Generate transcripts from provided videos (using tools — not manual typing)
Use ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to extract and organize key content
Turn transcripts into a structured workbook (not just summaries — organized, usable material)
Incorporate additional resources (links, tools, instructions) into the content
Format everything cleanly in Google Docs
Ensure the document is easy to follow, well structured, and consistent throughout

Important:

You do NOT need to watch every video in full. This role is about working efficiently with transcripts and organizing information clearly using AI tools.

This is not a copy/paste task — I am looking for someone who can organize information and present it clearly.

Final Deliverable:

A clean, well-structured workbook in Google Docs that:

Is clearly organized with sections and headings
Includes prompts, summaries, or exercises where appropriate
Has consistent formatting throughout
Is easy to edit in Google Docs and can be converted directly into a downloadable PDF

Timeline:

Must be completed within 7 days

Compensation:

Fixed project rate (please include your quote)
Opportunity for ongoing work if it’s a good fit

Transcription tools (your choice)
