We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead overall business operations, revenue performance, and organizational execution across client accounts and internal teams.
This role is responsible for driving operational strategy, scaling systems, improving profitability, and ensuring strong leadership across department heads. The COO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to optimize performance, team structure, and operational efficiency.
Teams Overseen: Operations, Sales, Messaging, Support, and Department Managers
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Strategy
- Lead day-to-day company operations and ensure execution aligns with business goals
- Build scalable systems, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor key business metrics including revenue growth, operational efficiency, retention, and cost control
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions proactively
- Drive monthly and quarterly initiatives with clear KPIs and accountability
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor department heads, supervisors, and operational leaders
- Build strong accountability structures and performance management systems
- Oversee hiring strategy, leadership development, and organizational structure
- Improve cross-team collaboration and communication
- Maintain high team morale while enforcing performance standards
Performance, Quality & Reporting
- Establish dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility
- Ensure operational quality, compliance, and account security standards
- Oversee revenue optimization strategies and performance improvements
- Present weekly and monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or scaling teams
- Proven experience managing managers or department leaders
- Background in digital businesses, online sales, creator platforms, or subscription-based environments is a strong advantage
