She Who Scales is a coaching business helping female entrepreneurs step into leadership, visibility, and scalable income through identity work, messaging, and business systems.

We are hiring a tech-savvy, execution-focused Online Business Manager (OBM) who can take ideas, offers, and frameworks and turn them into fully built, functional backend systems that generate revenue.

This role is for someone who is both strategic enough to see the big picture and hands-on enough to build inside platforms like GoHighLevel and Kajabi.

Overview

She Who Scales is a coaching business helping female entrepreneurs step into leadership, visibility, and scalable income through identity work, messaging, and business systems.

We are hiring a tech-savvy, execution-focused Online Business Manager (OBM) who can take ideas, offers, and frameworks and turn them into fully built, functional backend systems that generate revenue.

This role is for someone who is both strategic enough to see the big picture and hands-on enough to build inside platforms like GoHighLevel and Kajabi.

The Role

You will act as the operational backbone of the business.

The founder brings vision, content, and direction.
You translate that into systems, funnels, and launches that are executed quickly and efficiently.

You are not here to wait for step-by-step instructions. You are here to take ownership, problem-solve, and build.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Funnel & Backend Build (Primary Focus)
Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel, Kajabi, or similar platforms
Set up landing pages, checkout flows, and product delivery
Connect systems end-to-end (payments, emails, automations)
Build and implement ManyChat flows for lead generation and sales
Ensure all systems are functional, tested, and optimized

2. Offer Implementation
Take raw offers, drafts, and frameworks and structure them into clear products
Upload and organize courses, programs, and digital products
Build onboarding flows and client access systems
Turn ideas into live, sellable assets

3. Project & Launch Execution
Turn ideas into clear execution plans with timelines and deliverables
Lead launches of offers, funnels, and products
Ensure all moving parts are completed on time
Identify blockers and solve them quickly

4. Systems & Operations
Build and maintain backend systems (Notion, Google Drive, CRM tools)
Create SOPs for repeatable processes
Streamline workflows across content, sales, and delivery
Improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks

5. Content & Funnel Alignment
Ensure content connects to offers and funnels
Support implementation of lead generation systems
Coordinate scheduling and backend content workflows

6. Performance Tracking
Track funnel performance (conversion rates, drop-offs, sales)
Provide weekly insights and recommendations
Identify areas for optimization

First 30 Days (Expected Outcomes):

Audit and organize existing offers, drafts, and assets
Identify and prioritize one core offer for launch
Build and launch a low-ticket funnel
Set up ManyChat automation connected to the funnel
Establish backend systems for ongoing execution


Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience building funnels inside GoHighLevel, Kajabi, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of online coaching businesses and digital products
Experience with ManyChat, email marketing systems, and automations
Ability to build systems from incomplete or messy inputs
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to execute quickly without constant supervision
