JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time video editor to create real estate videos and social media reels. This is a long-term role with consistent work, clear expectations, and growth to $1,200+.

Our content includes:
-Real estate listing videos
-Social media reels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
-Talking-head and marketing content

We are looking for a full-time remote video editor who can deliver consistent, high-quality work with fast turnaround times.
This is a production-focused role — you will be editing daily.

Key Responsibilities
-Edit real estate listing videos (clean, bright, professional style)
-Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong pacing and engagement
-Apply basic storytelling to improve flow and viewer retention
-Perform audio editing (music selection, leveling, clean sound)
-Color correct footage for a modern real estate look
-Add titles, transitions, and effects (MotionVFX or similar tools)
-Follow clear editing guidelines and examples
-Organize files and maintain clean workflows
-Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Required Skills
-Strong experience with professional editing software:
Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of:
-Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
-Pacing and timing
-Good audio editing skills
-High attention to detail
-Ability to follow instructions exactly
-Reliable high-speed internet for large file transfers

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci
Experience with MotionVFX or similar plugins
Experience editing real estate content
Experience with AI-enhanced editing or effects (or willingness to learn)
Experience with 3D text, motion graphics, or advanced titles
Experience working with remote teams

Performance Expectations
-Full-time (40 hours per week)
-Edit multiple projects per day
-Most projects completed within 24 hours
-Maintain consistent quality and style across all videos

Compensation & Benefits
-Starting pay: $900/month
-Clear growth path to $1,200+ based on performance
-Consistent, long-term full-time work
-13th Month Bonus (prorated)

Hours: 1am-9am Eastern Daylight Time (1pm-9pm Philippines time).
