Job Title: Lead Generator – Monitour (AI Surveillance Platform)

Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)
Compensation: Base + Performance Bonuses

About Us

Monitour is an AI-powered remote surveillance platform designed for commercial properties. We help property owners and managers reduce theft, vandalism, and liability through 24/7 intelligent monitoring—without the cost of traditional security guards.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients for our sales team. Your primary focus will be sourcing high-quality leads, initiating outreach, and setting up opportunities for closing.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, comfortable with outreach, and interested in tech-enabled real estate solutions.

Responsibilities
-Identify and research potential clients (property managers, shopping centers, industrial properties, etc.)
-Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
-Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
-Set appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team
-Collaborate with sales to refine targeting and messaging strategies
-Continuously improve outreach performance and conversion rates

Qualifications
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, messaging)
-Self-motivated and results-driven
-Organized with attention to detail
-Experience in sales, lead generation, or real estate is a plus (but not required)
-Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
