JOB OVERVIEW

Golden Hour Medical is a fast-growing medical device company scaling nationwide. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, sales support, and executive coordination.
This is a high-impact role working directly with the CEO and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support -----------------------------
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel and conference logistics
Track follow-ups and reminders

Marketing -----------------------------
Create compelling one page overview documents (i.e. ---------- /literature)
Create marketing materials, manage booking conferences and ordering conference materials, etc.
SEO optimization for website, social media captions, etc. get us ranked #1 under our keywords
Create weekly marketing emails using content created and newsletter throughout the week, add contacts to our marketing emails
Help to plan Webinars and invite prospects to attend webinars

Operations -----------------------------
Manage distributor onboarding and vendor documentation
Process purchase orders and coordinate shipments
Generate shipping labels and track orders

CRM & Sales Support -----------------------------
Maintain and update Zoho CRM as needed
Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
Send documents and coordinate with customers
Ensure no leads fall through the cracks

Outreach -----------------------------
Assist with LinkedIn outreach and scheduling meetings
Assist with cold emails and cold linkedin outbound

Finance -----------------------------
Pay bills
Manage reimbursements and send receipts to CFO

Requirements-----------------------------
Extremely detail-oriented (nothing slips through the cracks)
Strong written communication
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
Comfortable handling logistics, documents, and systems
Proactive and responsive
