Compensation Structure
This is a contractor role with a flat base salary plus per-client earnings that grow as your client load grows.
Base Salary: $138/month (Covers core responsibilities including graphics, carousels, and execution document production)
Month 1 — Strategy Build Fee: $300 per client (Applies to all packages — this is paid for every new client you onboard)
Month 2+ — Monthly Residual Per Active Client:
Standard package ($800): $150/month per client
Execution package ($2,000): $180/month per client
Growth package ($2,500): $200/month per client
Monetization package ($3,500): $250/month per client
The more clients you manage, the more you earn. This structure rewards consistency and quality.
About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn client business goals into clear, executable content plans — without needing their hand held.
This is a strategy-first, systems-based role at the intersection of research, creative direction, and execution planning. You won't be filming or editing — you'll be designing the system that execution follows. If you love figuring out why content works and building frameworks that make creative teams faster, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
* Client content strategy — translating business goals into content pillars, audience positioning, and repeatable frameworks
* Content planning — monthly content calendars, platform allocation, scripted vs. unscripted breakdown
* Production prep — scripts, talking points, shot lists, and format direction
* Creative Execution Packs — editing instructions, hooks, pacing, structure, music, and branding rules handed off cleanly to production
* Content review & approval — reviewing edited content for strategic alignment, writing clear revision notes
* Folder & drive management — keeping client folders organized and up to date throughout the client lifecycle
* Performance & optimization — monthly analytics reviews, refining hooks and formats based on results
* Trend & research — staying ahead on TikTok, Instagram, and Creative Center; maintaining shared hook and format libraries
What You Will NOT Do
* Film, edit, or post content
* Handle client communication or DMs
* Create ClickUp tasks or manage project admin
* Seek approval for standard strategy decisions
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
?? MUST be fluent in English — spoken and written. This is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally in English at all times, including on client kickoff calls.
* Strong understanding of short-form content strategy (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
* Experience analyzing viral content and identifying repeatable hook frameworks
* Ability to write clear, detailed execution documents that creators and editors can follow without follow-up
* Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — AI usage is required, not optional
* Excellent async written communication — you'll work primarily through ClickUp
* Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple clients at once
* Responds within 24 hours during business days
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience with Canva, Vista Social, TikTok Creative Center, or Poppy AI
* Background in social media marketing, content production, or creative direction
* Experience working in a remote async team environment
Performance Expectations
* Deliver new client strategies within 5 business days of intake completion
* Analyze a minimum of 50–100 viral videos per niche per strategy build
* Keep no more than 10% of assigned tasks overdue in any given month
* Use AI tools consistently as part of your weekly workflow
* Maintain clean, organized client folders with no outstanding backlogs
