This is not a beginner role and not a “set up some campaigns” role.
We are a fast-scaling DTC brand currently spending ~$2,500/day on Meta at ~4.8x ROAS.
We already have strong creative and a working system.
Your job is to take what’s working and scale it aggressively to $10k–$20k/day+ without breaking performance.
You will be responsible for:
Budget allocation
Campaign structure
Scaling strategy
Performance stability

Scale ad spend from:
$2.5k/day ? $10k–$20k/day+
While maintaining strong efficiency and stability.

Meta Ads only (for now)
Single CBO that handles both testing + scaling
Strong creative pipeline (this is our edge)
Consistent profitability (~4.8x ROAS)
We are looking to:
Increase creative volume significantly
Break out winners and scale more aggressively (using ABO structures)
???? Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad account daily
Scale budgets without tanking performance (currently scaling 20%/day)
Identify winning creatives quickly and allocate spend accordingly
Test and implement new campaign structures
Improve stability as spend increases
Work closely with creative strategist (me) to give feedback on what’s converting
Make fast, data-driven decisions

Has scaled DTC brands to $20k/day+ spend on Meta
Strong understanding of creative-driven performance (this is NOT a technical-only account)
Knows how to:
Scale winning ads
Control CPA while increasing spend
Handle volatility at higher budgets
Comfortable working with:
CBO + ABO strategies
Fast testing environments
Moves fast and communicates clearly
Doesn’t need hand-holding

Agency juniors / button-clickers
People who rely on slow testing cycles
Overly “safe” media buyers who can’t scale aggressively
Anyone without real DTC scaling experience

Flexible depending on experience:
Base retainer
Performance incentives (based on spend / revenue / ROAS targets)
We want someone who is aligned with growth, not just a flat fee operator.
