We’re looking for a high-level Rippling expert to take ownership of our system, optimize workflows, and ensure the platform is structured to support the business accurately and at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic administration and truly act as the internal expert across HRIS, onboarding, payroll, permissions, approvals, process design, and team enablement.
What you’ll own:
Overall configuration and integrity of Rippling
Workflow design across hiring, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding
Policies, permissions, approvals, org structure, and system scalability
Team training, SOP creation, and day-to-day troubleshooting
Data audits, compliance alignment, and process accuracy
Cross-functional support across People Ops, Payroll, and Operations
What we’re looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with Rippling
Background in People Ops, HRIS, payroll, or operations systems
Proven ability to build clean, scalable workflows and improve efficiency
Experience in training teams and creating clear documentation
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance
