We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing, Community & Product Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day execution behind our online education business.
Our company serves professionals (SLPS, OTs, and PTs) in pediatric feeding and myofunctional therapy through digital education products, trainings, and memberships. This role is a blend of launch support, product maintenance, community organization, backend marketing support, and one-off implementation tasks.
We need someone who enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes, catching details before they become problems, and helping create a smooth experience for customers, students, and members.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with both recurring operational tasks and one-off support tasks like setting up surveys, organizing assets, checking product uploads, updating pages, and helping execute moving pieces during a launch.
WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH
1. Launch & Marketing Support
* Support launches, promotions, and offer rollouts
* Help set up and schedule
* Assist with links, forms, automations, tags, and backend campaign setup
* Coordinate assets and help make sure moving pieces are completed on time
* Help with launch checklists, QA, and follow-up tasks
2. Product Maintenance & Kajabi Operations
* Upload and organize product content in Kajabi
* Check lessons, downloads, links, offers, checkout pages, and automations
* QA quizzes, surveys, certificates, and
* Monitor customer experience details and flag anything broken, missing, or confusing
* Help keep digital products clean, organized, and up to date
3. Community Organization & Member Support
* Help organize community content and resources
* Track member questions, common issues, and follow-up needs
* Support posting, backend organization, and general member experience
* Help ensure members can find what they need and have a smooth experience
4. General Operations & One-Off Support
* Create and manage forms and surveys (such as Typeform)
* Help with recurring admin and backend support tasks
* Assist with one-off implementation tasks as needed
* Organize details, documents, links, and moving pieces across projects
* Follow SOPs, improve checklists, and help keep operations running smoothly
PLATFORMS WE USE
Kajabi, ActiveCampaign,
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
* Experience as a VA, online business assistant, marketing assistant, or operations assistant
* Intro-level working knowledge of ActiveCampaign
* Strong working proficiency in Kajabi
* Comfortable working inside
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve speed, organization, drafting, and workflow support
* Comfortable handling both recurring tasks and one-off implementation requests
* Strong organization and project follow-through
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable troubleshooting and learning new systems quickly
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience supporting online courses, memberships, or education brands
* Experience with launch support
* Experience with community support or moderation
* Familiarity with quizzes, certificates, automations, and digital product delivery
**Experience in healthcare education industry

We have a program launch coming up in the next few weeks, so we’d love to bring someone in now who can shadow and support one launch before taking on greater ownership going into the fall.
