JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Title:** Part-Time Bookkeeper for Ecommerce Brand

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **part-time bookkeeper** to help manage our books for a growing ecommerce business.

This role is currently light, around **1–2 hours per week**, but has room to grow over time.

**Requirements:**

* Fluent in English
* At least **5 years of bookkeeping experience**
* Strong experience with **QuickBooks**
* Comfortable using **Shopify** and pulling reports
* Proficient in **Excel**
* Able to provide a clear **monthly report**
* Organized, accurate, and dependable

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and review bookkeeping in QuickBooks
* Pull and review Shopify reports
* Categorize transactions correctly
* Reconcile accounts as needed
* Provide a monthly financial summary
* Flag any issues or discrepancies

Experience with **small business and/or ecommerce bookkeeping** is preferred.
