Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketing specialist based in the Philippines who can own SEO execution (local + national) and support paid ads setup
This is not entry-level — we need someone who has actually run campaigns, not just assisted.
Core Responsibilities
SEO (Primary Focus – ~70%)
Execute local SEO campaigns (GMB optimization, citations, local pages)
Implement national SEO strategies (keyword targeting, content planning, on-page SEO)
Perform:
Keyword research
Competitor analysis
On-page optimization (titles, meta, headers, internal linking)
Coordinate or implement:
Blog/content SEO strategy
Backlinking (basic outreach or vendor coordination)
Track rankings, traffic, and performance
Paid Ads (Support Role – ~30%)
Assist with setup of:
Facebook
Google Ads (Search + Display)
Help with:
Campaign structuring
Keyword selection
Basic optimization (CPC, CTR, conversions)
Work alongside internal team (you/Director) — not fully owning strategy
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience with:
Local SEO campaigns (multiple clients)
National SEO campaigns (ranking keywords, content strategy)
Facebook
Google Ads
Ability to show real results (rankings, traffic growth, CPL improvements)
Strong understanding of:
On-page SEO
Keyword intent
Conversion-focused campaigns
Fluent English (written & verbal)
Must be available 20 hours/week during EST hours (12 PM EST - 4 PM EST)
Disqualifies
Only course-based knowledge (no real client experience)
Only backlink or citation-only SEO experience
Only boosted post
