JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Sales & Dispatcher – Auto Transport (Top Star Auto Transport)

Top Star Auto Transport is looking for a motivated Sales & Dispatcher to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, texts, emails)
Provide quotes and close deals
Post loads & negotiate with carriers
Dispatch and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
Update CRM and keep clients informed

Requirements:

Experience in auto transport (preferred)
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Good communication and organization
Familiar with load boards (Central Dispatch is a plus)
experince in Trucking industry in the U.S
Booking and dispatcing trucks

Compensation:

Base + commission (performance-based)
