Bill Dispute Tracking
DESCRIPTION:
1. Tracking initiated bill disputes with US vendors.
2. Follow up on disputes that are overdue, which are pending the US vendors' reply.
3. Initiate a dispute with the trucker based on the Sales Support's provided reasoning.
4. Work with your carrier success supervisor and sales support to resolve escalated disputes.
5. Negotiate and maintain the US vendors' relationship during this process with a collaborative mindset.
6. File EOD Bill Dispute report
7. Learn dispute skills and tactics from your carrier success supervisor, with ample oppertunity for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Customer service/dispute experience preferred.
2. Good in English communications.
3. Have good comprehensive skill
4. Must be adaptable and meticulous
5. Must be able to work on night shift (US time)
6. Must have working computer and high-speed internet
7. Able to work 40 hours each week
8. Must have power backup in case of power outage
9. Must have a well-used microphone
