We are looking for a Creative Strategist / Supervisor to lead our production workflow, mentor our editing team, and ensure every piece of content we ship is nothing short of exceptional.

The Mission
In this role, you aren't just "managing"—you are the gatekeeper of quality and the engine of efficiency. You will oversee a team of talented video editors, turning raw concepts into polished, high-performing assets.

What You’ll Do
Direct & Develop: Lead a team of video editors, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
Quality Control: Review, approve, and handle high-level revisions to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
Workflow Mastery: Manage complex project boards in ---------- and keep our asset library organized.
High-Velocity Execution: Juggle multiple creative tasks daily without breaking a sweat.
Hands-On Polish: Step into Premiere Pro when needed to apply the finishing touches or set the creative standard.
