The Role
As our Senior Accountant, you'll be the strategic accounting partner for small businesses, agencies, and tech startups in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This is a leadership role where you'll oversee client work, mentor tea ---------- mbers, and ensure exceptional deliverables—all from the comfort of your home office.

Job Requirements:
- CPA with 5+ years of experience in QuickBooks Online (MUST be CPA)
- Natural leader with proven ability to oversee and guide others
- Exceptional at leading client meetings via Zoom with confidence and a Western native tone
- Available to work US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
- Strong track record collaborating with US-based clients
- Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and timely

Responsibilities:
- Client-Facing Accounting
- Deliver clean, accurate, timely bookkeeping (GAAP or cash basis)
- Lead Zoo ---------- etings with clients, presenting financials and strategic recommendations
- Oversee and review peers' work to ensure quality standards
- Communicate with clients via Slack, email, and Zoom about financials, A/R, A/P, payroll, billings
- Create impactful spreadsheets for forecasts, budgets, and expansion planning
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline processes
- Identify improvements and efficiencies—think strategically, not just transactionally
- Take ownership of client relationships and team deliverables
- Provide high-level reporting to management

Your First 90 Days:
30 Days: Master our systems ( ---------- , Slack, Ignition, QuickBooks), complete training videos, handle client reconciliations on time, and build relationships across Accounting and Tax teams.

60 Days: Analyze client accounts to identify gaps and optimization opportunities, work independently with confidence, begin leading client presentations and reviewing peers' work, and select an orphanage or child-related cause to champion.
