JOB OVERVIEW

I run a career coaching business (Resume All Day), helping students and professionals apply to college, land interviews, and jobs through strategic college essay coaching, resume positioning, and interview coaching. I’m in the process of rebuilding my website and will need someone once this is complete to help turn that into real clients using organic marketing (no paid ads).

What I Need Help With
1. Social Media (LinkedIn Focus)
Write and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, Turn my ideas, client wins, and experiences into posts, Repurpose 1 idea into multiple posts, Post consistently (3–5x per week)

2. Finding & Engaging Potential Clients
Identify ideal clients on ---------- and Facebook based on target audience, Engage with them (likes, comments, thoughtful replies), Send personalized messages (NOT spammy), Help bring people to my website that lead to calls

3. Lead Tracking & Follow-Up
Track who we reach out to, Help follow up with interested leads, Support simple systems to keep leads organized

4. Improving What Works
Notice which posts or messages get responses, Suggest ideas to improve content and outreach, Help us get better over time

Strong English writing skills
Experience with LinkedIn and social media
Understand how to talk to people naturally (not robotic or salesy)
Organized and reliable
Proactive (you suggest ideas, not just follow instructions)
