Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Outreach, Deal Sourcing & Admin Support)
Job Type: Remote | Full-Time / Part-Time

Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support both our luxury watch sourcing operations and job application/admin processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online research, communication, and staying highly organized. You’ll be working closely with our team to identify opportunities, connect with people, and manage structured workflows across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Luxury Watch Outreach & Deal Sourcing
Search and source luxury watch deals online (eBay, Chrono24, Grailzee, Facebook groups, Reddit, etc.)
Reach out to sellers and initiate conversations
Send offers and negotiate pricing within provided guidelines
Identify undervalued deals and opportunities

- Job Application & Admin Support
Submit job applications across platforms (LinkedIn, JobrightAI, Lensa, etc.)
Track and manage applications using Google Sheets
Maintain and update organized databases and pipelines
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

- General Tasks
Organize and manage data using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Communicate daily updates and progress via Slack
Follow systems and workflows with attention to detail

- Requirements
Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Familiar with Slack or similar tools
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Proactive and resourceful mindset

- Preferred (But Not Required)
Background in sales, negotiation, or customer service
Interest in luxury watches (Rolex, Hublot, Omega, Tudor, etc.)
Experience with online marketplaces or lead sourcing

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
