JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing social media content agency producing weekly Reels, TikToks, animated posts, and YouTube videos for clients across various industries. We are actively expanding our client base and building a reliable creative team.

We are looking for a skilled 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join us long-term as a dedicated freelancer. This is NOT a one-time project — we need someone who can grow with us from part-time to full-time as we sign more clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Create 3D animated Reels and short-form videos (30 seconds to 1.5 minutes) with high-quality 3D motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Produce 3D motion graphics for longer YouTube videos (5 to 30+ minutes) including 3D intros, 3D transitions, animated sequences, and 3D visual storytelling elements
- Produce 3D product renders, 3D text, 3D scenes, and 3D animated elements for social media content
- Create animated posts with 3D motion elements (carousels, stories, static with 3D animation)
- Combine 3D elements with 2D compositing in After Effects for polished final deliverables
- Model, light, texture, and animate 3D objects and scenes
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all deliverables
- Deliver platform-ready files optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
- Work volume will increase as we onboard new clients — we want someone ready to scale with us

REQUIRED SKILLS (non-negotiable):

- Cinema 4D and/or Blender — you MUST be highly proficient in at least one 3D software
- Adobe After Effects — for compositing, 2D motion elements, and final polish
- Adobe Premiere Pro — for video editing, assembly, and final export
- Strong 3D skills: modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D motion graphics
- Strong understanding of social media content — you know what grabs attention
- Clean animation principles: proper easing, timing, camera movements, and visual impact
- Ability to deliver within 48-72 hour turnaround per piece
- Reliable internet connection and responsive communication

NICE TO HAVE:

- Octane Render, Redshift, or other GPU renderers for faster, higher-quality output
- Experience with 3D product visualization and product animation
- Experience with YouTube content (3D intros, outros, animated overlays)
- Experience producing content for brands or agencies
- Understanding of current social media trends and formats
- Ability to manage multiple client projects at the same time

DO NOT APPLY IF:

- You do not know Cinema 4D or Blender — this is a 3D-focused role
- You only do 3D modeling without animation — we need motion, not still renders
- You have less than 2 years of 3D motion graphics experience
- You cannot provide a showreel or portfolio with real 3D project examples
- You are looking for a one-time gig — this is a long-term position
