JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are Keenya Kelly LLC, a fast-moving social media education and strategy brand based in Houston, Texas. We teach entrepreneurs how to grow on TikTok and Instagram and monetize through content. Our founder, Keenya Kelly, is a TikTok and Instagram Growth Strategist with a business built over 10 years.

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and communicative full-time tea ---------- mber who can handle graphic and web design.This is a remote, long-term role for someone who is proactive, meets deadlines, and communicates clearly.

What You Will Do
Create social media graphics, banners, thumbnails, and branded templates in Canva
Web Design landing pages in Figma, Adobe and/or Canva
Design promotional materials for launches, webinars, and digital products
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
Resize and reformat existing designs for multiple platforms

What We Are Looking For
Experience with Canva (required) — Photoshop or Illustrator a plus
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to follow brand guidelines and take direction well
Highly responsive to email and messages — we are a fast-moving team
Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without being chased
Previous experience working with a personal brand or online business is a plus

SAMPLE TASK

Task 1 — Graphic Design
Create ONE social media graphic (1080x1080) in Canva for a fictional post promoting a our course ----------
Use any colors and design you like, but make it look professional and eye-catching. Export as a JPG or PNG and attach it to your application.

Design a carousel template that will go well with our brand ---------- /keenyakelly

Task 2 — Portfolio
Share a link to your portfolio OR attach 3–5 samples of past graphic design work.

DESIGN NOTE: Please do not use AI to design these sample task as we are looking for a designer that creates not someone using AI generated content for us.
