The workload is typically around 10–15 hours per week, but the tasks can vary from week to week. Flexibility and speed are very important in this role.
What you’ll be working on
Your work will include a mix of creative and performance-driven design tasks, such as:
Designing
Creating and editing product images
Using AI tools to generate or recreate product/lifestyle visuals with models or people
Turning competitor or inspiration ads into original creatives in our own brand style
Translating written copy into strong visual designs for
Adapting inspiration from other markets or niches into creatives relevant to our own products
Supporting with light video editing when needed
A big part of this role is being able to understand the difference between:
an ad or newsletter used as inspiration
and a final design that fits our brand, audience, and products
For example:
we may send you a newsletter from a completely different niche, together with our copy and product angle, and you should be able to transform that into a creative that feels natural and relevant for our brand.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience with Figma
Has strong experience with Photoshop
Has at least some experience with video editing
Is comfortable working with AI tools
Can work fast and respond quickly when needed
Understands branding, layout, and direct-response style creatives
Can take inspiration from competitors while creating something original for our business
Is flexible and comfortable with changing priorities or i

Starting from $350 per month
Paid bi-weekly

Trial assignment
As part of the selection process, there will be a test assignment.
