JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Junior Integration Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you won't just manage one system, you will be the "bridge builder" for our diverse portfolio of business clients, helping to connect their various software platforms so their data flows seamlessly.

This is a client-facing technical role designed for someone who understands system logic and is eager to master enterprise-level tools like Boomi, Salesforce, and Power Automate across multiple different client environments. You will work under the guidance of senior specialists to build, monitor, and troubleshoot the automated "pipes" that keep our clients' businesses running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Integration Monitoring & Support
o Monitor daily integration logs across multiple client environments to ensure data is syncing correctly.
o Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors or data sync failures for various client systems.
o Maintain clear technical documentation for each client’s unique integration workflows and data mappings.

• Workflow Automation for Clients
o Help build and test automated workflows to reduce manual data entry for our clients' business teams.
o Assist in setting up automated alerts, notifications, and scheduled tasks within client environments.
o Update and optimize existing client automations as their business requirements evolve.

• Data Integrity & CRM Support
o Assist with data cleanup, mapping, and bulk imports into client CRMs and other business tools.
o Help configure client system settings (custom fields, user permissions, etc.) to support new integrations.
o Verify that client data remains consistent across their various platforms (e.g., ERP to CRM sync).

• Requirements Gathering & Consulting
o Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business processes and document their technical requirements.
o Participate in the testing and QA phase of new system rollouts for clients.
o Actively train on our core tech stack (Boomi, Salesforce, Power BI/Automate) to take on more complex client builds.

Qualifications
Required
• Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in system logic and a desire to build a career in technical integrations and automation.
• Basic API Knowledge: A foundational understanding of what an API is and familiarity with data formats like JSON.
• Comfort with APIs: Ability to read technical documentation to understand how different software platforms can be connected.
• Business Process Mindset: Ability to look at a client's manual task and visualize how it could be automated.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical status to non-technical client contacts.

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• 0–2 years of experience in an MSP, IT support, or junior technical role.
• Exposure to any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or automation tool (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.).
• Experience using Excel for data organization or basic troubleshooting.
