JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, We are currently looking for an experienced real estate video editor to start working with us ASAP as we head into a busy season. Our workflow is fast-paced and volume-based. The edits themselves are not overly complicated, but speed, consistency, and following instructions are critical.

About 90% of our real estate videos are very simple, please see link: youtu.be/3Blj3NBfThE
The remaining 10% of the videos we will require may be a bit more advanced: ---------- /p/DWGqWtVERtd/

For 90% of the videos, we really just need someone who knows how to *DO A SPEED RAMP + MOTION BLUR EFFECT*

We will require you to be able to use MotionVFX for the text animations shown in the instagram link (we will provide an account for MotionVFX)

During peak season (summer), we produce 25–30 listings per week (Monday–Sunday).
On some days, we may shoot 6–7 listings, and other days 2–3 listings.
Because videos are filmed in order, edits are streamlined. Our current editor averages 40-60 minutes per listing. The instagram sample video provided, we need you to be able to edit those within 2-3 hours.

You may work around 25-30 hours a week or possibly more when we get busier during the season .

Our turnaround expectations are:
-50% of edits: required within 8–12 hours
-50% of edits: required within 24–36 hours

-Fast response to revisions is essential
-Weekend availability is required
-Must be okay using Hubstaff for time tracking (used for data and workflow planning, not micromanagement)

Starting rate: $8 CAD/hour
