Who We Are
We're a small, fast-moving team across two businesses:
Michelle Galoob Consulting — an online education company teaching intuition and divine guidance. We sell a $497 product via webinar and are scaling with AI-first operations across marketing, content, and strategy.
STAFFOS — an AI services agency building agentic AI systems for clients. We design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agent installations that handle real business workflows.
Both businesses run on agentic AI infrastructure, not chatbots. We're looking for someone who builds in this space daily.
The Role
We need an Agentic AI Expert to help build, expand, and maintain AI agent installations using OpenClaw (openclaw.ai), an open-source AI agent platform — plus support STAFFOS client projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Building new AI agents from scratch inside OpenClaw and similar frameworks
* Creating custom skills, automations, and multi-agent workflows
* Connecting APIs (Meta,
* Running social media and content creation pipelines using agentic AI
* Troubleshooting agent loops, context window management, and cost optimization
* Supporting client-facing AI agent builds for STAFFOS
You're a fit if you:
* Have hands-on experience building with agentic AI frameworks (OpenClaw, AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar)
* Understand MCP servers, tool use, API orchestration, and prompt engineering at a systems level
* Can work with OpenRouter, Anthropic API, or similar LLM routing layers
* Know the difference between a chatbot and an autonomous agent — and have built the latter
* Are comfortable with Python, Node.js, or both
* Can work independently, communicate async, and ship fast
