About Us:
Jack McCann Multifamily Advisors is a boutique multifamily advisory team operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate in Southern California. We work exclusively with apartment building owners and investors to help them buy, sell, and optimize their properties. We're a fast-growing team building something different in the brokerage space and we need a sharp, reliable operator behind the scenes to help us scale.

About the Role:
This is a research-heavy operations role. You will spend the majority of your time finding, organizing, and inputting data on real estate owners, properties, and market activity. You will also assist with preparing marketing materials for property listings. If you are detail-oriented, fast, and take ownership of your work without being micromanaged, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:
Research and Prospecting: We will provide you with lists of property owners and targets. Your job is to research each one, find relevant contact information and property details, organize everything into a clean spreadsheet, and then input that data accurately into our CRM (HubSpot).
Market Research: Track active listings, pending sales, and closed transactions across our target markets and maintain a running spreadsheet updated on a regular basis.
Offering Memorandums and BOVs: Once trained, you will assemble offering memorandums and broker opinion of value documents using templates and property information we provide. Attention to detail and clean formatting are critical here.
Administrative Support: Light tasks including booking travel, scheduling, and other operational support as needed.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Extremely detail-oriented with clean, organized data entry
- Comfortable learning new software quickly (HubSpot, Google Sheets, CoStar a plus)
- Self-directed and reliable, you complete tasks on time without constant follow up
- Prior experience in real estate research or CRE is a plus but not required
- Available during Pacific Standard Time business hours (Or not so long as you get the necessary work completed)
