About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service VA who can resolve client inquiries, not just respond to them. This is a Tier 1 support role where you will handle client questions from start to finish using SOPs, templates, and training provided.
You will receive clear onboarding and guidance. Over time, you should become confident handling standard inquiries independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to client
* Resolve Tier 1 inquiries using SOPs and templates
* Follow up until issues are fully resolved
* Log all communication accurately in Asana
* Escalate when needed based on guidelines
YOU MUST (REQUIREMENTS)
* Have 80+ ID Proof score (do not apply if below 80)
* Have 2+ years of customer service experience
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
* Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
* Familiarity with travel industry is desired and a plus
* Have strong written and spoken English
* Be detail-oriented and organized
* Be available during EST hours
