TriPeak CPG Consulting is a Fractional COO and outsourced operations firm serving founder-led Consumer Packaged
Goods brands across Food & Beverage, Supplements, and Consumer Products. Our clients are typically omni-channel
brands in the $2M–$20M revenue range, operating through co-manufacturers and 3PL partners. We work alongside
founders to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and scale efficiently - without the overhead of a full-time
executive hire.
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our Fractional COO and growing client portfolio on a
full-time basis who will provide high-quality client support.

R O L E O V E R V I E W
This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting multiple CPG clients simultaneously. You will work directly with the
Fractional COO to manage day-to-day supply chain operations, manage co-manufacturer relationships, and ensure
seamless fulfillment across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving,
entrepreneurial environment and brings both strategic perspective and operational execution skills. Attention to detail is
critical for success in the role, as is being able to strategize the best course of action across multiple client priorities.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
• Demand planning and forecasting across omni-channel sales to support inventory and procurement decisions
• Source, evaluate, and manage co-manufacturers and co-packers to support client inventory requirements
• Manage 3PL partner relationships, monitor KPIs, and resolve fulfillment issues proactively
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight — small parcel, LTL, and FTL — to minimize cost and transit time
• Support retailer and marketplace compliance including GS1 barcode setup and SPS Commerce EDI integration
• Set up and integrate clients within Cin7 Core (DEAR) including external integrations
• Coordinate operational workflows across Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and Cin7 Core inventory systems
• Manage data accuracy and timeliness in Cin7 Core ensuring that the system remains up to date at all times
• Assist with S&OP processes, cost optimization initiatives, and vendor negotiations on behalf of clients
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans appropriate for lean, growth-stage CPG brands

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
• 5+ years of supply chain experience within the U.S. CPG industry (food, beverage, supplements, or consumer
products preferred)
• Fluent English communication — written and verbal — is required
• Availability during US business hours; fully remote position
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts or cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and management skills with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight carriers
• Familiarity with omni-channel compliance requirements across retail and marketplace platforms
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-paced fractional/consulting environment
