JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a full-scale insurance lead generation and automation system inside GoHighLevel and are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to help build, organize, and maintain it.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

You will be working directly with the owner to develop a plug-and-play system used by multiple insurance agents. This includes pipelines, advanced workflows, SMS/email automation, AI-driven engagement, dialer integrations, and system architecture across multiple accounts.

We already have some systems in place, your role is to help condense, improve, and maintain them at a high level. As well as being the point of contact for agents if things break or they want custom things added/taken out.

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage GoHighLevel pipelines, based on lead type (Final Expense, Term, IUL, etc.)
• Create and optimize workflows (SMS, email, tagging, follow-ups)
• Implement and maintain tagging logic across campaigns
• Connect and manage ---------- automations (webhooks, routing, integrations)
• Assist with dialer integrations (TrackDrive, GHL LC Phone, WAVV, etc.)
• Help implement AI-driven SMS workflows (appointment setting, lead engagement)
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize system performance
• Organize and maintain a scalable system structure across multiple subaccounts

Requirements:
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, tagging, inbound call routing, NOT just funnels)
• Experience with Twilio / LC Phone and understanding of A2P 10DLC registration and compliance
• Experience with ---------- (or Zapier, but Make preferred)
• Understanding of webhooks, APIs, and automation logic
• Experience with SMS/email automation systems
• Familiarity with dialers (TrackDrive, WAVV, or similar)
• Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT/OpenAI integrations is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and system organization
• Ability to follow structured systems and improve them

Bonus / Preferred Experience (Not Required):
• Experience building or working with AI voice/call systems
• Understanding of outbound AI calls that qualify leads and route them to agents
• Experience with call routing, round-robin distribution, or inbound call flows
