About the role

EmergeTech is seeking a high-caliber Sales Development & Account Executive to drive our next phase of global growth. This is a "full-desk" hybrid role designed for a hunter who loves the thrill of the win and a strategist who excels at nurturing long-term partnerships.

You aren't just a salesperson; you are a strategic advisor responsible for the success of our "No-Hire No-Fee" guarantee.

Key responsibilities:

Execute cold outreach campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Lead discovery calls and presentations to pitch EmergeTech’s value proposition, managing the funnel from first contact to contract signature.
Manage the follow-up process with persistence and grit, navigating negotiations until the service agreement is finalized.
Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) once a contract is signed, moving the account from a sales prospect to an active recruitment partnership.
Lead initial "Brief" sessions, conducting consultation calls alongside in-house Industry SMEs to qualify technical requirements.
Oversee the systematic headhunting and vetting process, ensuring the delivery tea ---------- ets our 48–72 hour turnaround for qualified shortlists.
Ensure all candidates presented have cleared our rigorous 3-stage vetting process, including technical challenges and psychometric testing.
Identify opportunities to scale partnerships by offering bespoke solutions for temporary staffing, executive search, or SOW projects.
Synchronize efforts across international offices (London, Frankfurt, New York, etc.) to provide "true global reach" for your accounts.
Manage the offer process and provide "After-Offer Care," including monthly check-ins for the first six months to ensure long-term placement success.
Continually identify and solve complex business challenges to grow EmergeTech’s footprint within the client’s global organization.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Account Management, or Client Relations within a recruitment agency or RPO environment.
Proven track record of running cold outreach campaigns AND managing the subsequent recruitment delivery.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, ERP) to effectively consult with technical stakeholders.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and high fluency in English to manage senior stakeholders globally.
Ability to identify "niche" business challenges and propose tailor-made service solutions while managing multiple recruitment streams simultaneously.
