JOB OVERVIEW

****THIS JOB REQUIRES GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL****

We're looking for 2 people who's sole purpose will be to fulfill orders for ticketing sites such as Ticketmaster Resale, Stubhub, GoTickets, etc. using Automatiq.

The Basics:

***EXPERIENCE NEEDED***

At least 1 Year + experience in fulfilling orders for ticket marketplaces using Automatiq.
(It will be very easy to tell if you don't know what you're doing so if you aren't experienced please don't apply)

Hours: Monday to Sunday, (35 hours/week guaranteed) Sometimes you will have to do stuff out of regular work hours, that's why there is a set salary

Important: If you can’t focus 100% during work hours or are juggling other jobs at the same time, this isn’t the job for you. Underperformers will be let go quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fulfilling orders received from ticket marketplaces

Completing transfers and corresponding to emails from ticket marketplaces if retransfers are necessary

Communicating with peers in an orderly and polite fashion

Using Ticketmaster AXS, Seatgeek and other ticketing websites, to transfer tickets to customers to complete orders.

Using tools like Google Sheets, ---------- , and Ticketmaster

What You Need:

At least 16GB of RAM on your computer & windows operating system

Fast internet (100mbps+)

Great attention to detail

Fully fluent in English, with strong writing skills and excellent listening comprehension.

Experience as a VA
