Position Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce support resource to handle routine day-to-day Salesforce admin and user support work.
This role is intended to offload basic Salesforce tasks from internal senior technical resources.
The focus is on support, access, reports, and user administration, not architecture or development.
Core Responsibilities:
-Handle Salesforce support tickets and user requests.
-Create, deactivate, and maintain user accounts.
-Assign permission sets and troubleshoot basic access issues.
-Fix basic report and dashboard issues.
-Support users with navigation, record access, list views, and common usage questions.
-Assist with light data cleanup and basic record maintenance.
-Document recurring issues and resolutions.
-Escalate complex issues involving flows, integrations, code, architecture, or advanced security design.
Required Qualifications:
-Experience supporting users in Salesforce in an admin or support capacity.
-Working knowledge of users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access management.
-Ability to troubleshoot common Salesforce issues independently.
-Experience with reports and dashboards.
-Strong written communication and ticket follow-through.
-Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not required.
-Experience with healthcare or other operational service businesses is a plus.
-Experience with managed packages is a plus.
-Comfort working in a HIPAA-sensitive environment is a plus.
