Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
Manage and resolve customer issues using Zendesk
Process and manage orders through WooCommerce
Handle shipping and order tracking using ShipStation
Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer support
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a customer service role
Hands-on experience with:
Zendesk
WooCommerce
ShipStation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
