Are you a results-driven communicator with a strong background in BPO sales or outbound customer service? We’re looking for a Remote Scheduling & Administrative Coordinator to help manage our client calendars, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support for our growing team.

If you’ve thrived in a sales, retention, or appointment-based call center role, this is the perfect next step — no Virtual Assistant experience required!

Position Details:
Job Title: Scheduling & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Schedule: US Business Hours (Night Shift, Full-Time preferred)
Compensation:
*Paid Training
*$3–$7 USD/hour (based on experience and performance)
*Paid via Payoneer

Key Responsibilities:
1) Calendar Scheduling - Reach out to leads or offices to schedule virtual meetings, Lunch & Learn events, and follow-up calls on behalf of our clients.
2) Lead Coordination & Follow-ups - Engage with prospects via phone or email to confirm meeting details and ensure accurate documentation.
3) Administrative Support - Update CRM records, manage calendars, coordinate reschedules, and assist with other clerical tasks.
4) Process Documentation - Maintain accurate records of communications, scheduled meetings, and updates in internal tools.


What We’re Looking For?
*Must-have: 1+ year of BPO experience in sales, outbound calls, or retention
*Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Experience with Google Workspace, CRM tools, or scheduling platforms is a PLUS.
*Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
*Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a remote, performance-based environment
