We are a leading UK paint brand looking for a detail-oriented Amazon PPC Specialist to join our media team. This is a critical role designed to support our global operations across Amazon and various retail media platforms.
You won't just be pushing buttons; you will be the guardian of our advertising account health. While you will work under the guidance of our Senior Media Buyer, you will be the primary engine behind the daily execution, ensuring our campaigns are lean, targeted, and performing at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve the "technical heavy lifting" required to maintain a multi-marketplace presence:
Campaign Hygiene: Perform daily and weekly account checks to ensure all systems are "go" and budgets are pacing correctly.
Execution: Update targeting, manage bid adjustments, and implement negative keyword harvesting based on performance data.
Bulk Operations: Manage large-scale changes via Excel uploads and the Amazon Ads console.
Reporting: Download, clean, and synthesize data into actionable reports for the senior team.
Campaign Build-outs: Create and launch new campaigns following the structures provided by the Senior Media Buyer.

Technical Requirements:
Amazon Ads Console Mastery: You are a "power user" who knows where every setting lives.
Excel Power User: You are comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation. You understand how to use bulk files to save time.
Analytical Mindset: You can spot a trend in a search term report before it becomes a problem.
Process-Oriented: You enjoy following a checklist to ensure nothing is missed, but you are smart enough to flag when a process needs improvement.
Experience: Proven experience managing Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD).Experience with multi-marketplace accounts is a significant plus.
Additional Technical Nice to Have:
- Comfortable with using Data dive, Helium10, and Seller Board
- Office 365 and PowerPoint (Teams etc.)
- Managed accounts with a large number of campaigns
Process:
The process involves an initial introductory call with the Media Buyer, then a 2nd interview with a case study task.
Hours:
The role is remote, part time, within 9 am to 4 PM UK Time
