Inbound SDR / Appointment Setter – Warm Leads

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency working with home care companies across the US. We’re hiring a strong phone communicator to call warm inbound leads and book qualified appointments for our clients.
This is a sales role, not customer service. You’ll be speaking with seniors and families who have already shown interest, building trust, handling objections, and getting them booked for a consultation.
Pay:
$650/month base
$15 per qualified appointment booked
Closed deal bonuses available
Schedule and expectations:
6 days per week
Must work across US Eastern and PST time zones
Minimum 150 dials per day
Must be reliable with follow-up and CRM updates
You’ll be responsible for:
Calling and following up with warm inbound leads
Booking qualified appointments
Speaking clearly, slowly, and confidently with US seniors
Updating GHL, Asana, Slack, and our CRM
Attending team training and huddles
Must have:
Excellent English
Clear, natural American-sounding accent
Strong phone presence
Sales mindset
CRM experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
We provide training, but we need someone hungry, reliable, and serious about improving in sales.
