JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Long-Form YouTube Editor to join our team and create high-quality trading education content. This is not basic editing — we want someone who can bring concepts to life through clean visuals, strong storytelling, and advanced motion graphics.

You’ll be editing in-depth trading videos that break down strategies, concepts, and market analysis in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand. The goal is to turn complex information into visually compelling, high-retention content.

You must be able to edit at a very high level, similar to top creators in the finance and education space, with a strong focus on motion graphics, animation, and clean visual storytelling.

You’ll need to be able to edit videos like this:

Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes) focused on trading education
Use advanced motion graphics and animation to simplify and explain trading concepts
Create engaging intros (30–60 seconds) using the strongest hooks, visuals, and key ---------- nts
Design clean, high-quality on-screen visuals (charts, diagrams, overlays, annotations)
Maintain a consistent, premium visual style across all content
Structure videos for maximum retention, pacing, and clarity
Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and deliver edits on time

Requirements

Expert-level video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects)
Strong motion graphics and animation ability (this is essential)
Experience editing educational or finance-related content is a big plus
Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
Ability to turn complex topics into simple, engaging visuals
Strong attention to detail in sound design, color grading, and overall polish
