Mvolo is a fast-growing Dutch light therapy brand on a mission to bring scientifically-backed light solutions to people who want to live better. We move fast, we have high standards, and we're building a content engine that converts — both in paid ads and organic channels.
The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who produces results, not just content. You'll be the person who takes raw footage, AI-generated clips, and stock video and turns it into high-performing ads and organic content that actually stops the scroll.
This isn't a slow-paced editing job. You'll work on paid ads and organic social content side by side — and you'll be expected to understand what makes a video perform, not just look good.
We start on a project/freelance basis, but for the right person, this becomes a full-time role.
What You'll Do
Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (short-form and long-form)
Source and integrate stock footage that fits the brief — fast and without hand-holding
Create and edit AI-generated video content using tools like Runway, Kling, or similar
Edit organic content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Maintain consistent visual quality and brand feel across all output
Deliver quickly without sacrificing quality — we iterate fast
What We're Looking For
Required:
Proven experience editing video ads that have run (show us results, not just pretty edits)
Strong skills in stock video sourcing — you know where to look and how to pick what works
Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar)
Experience editing organic short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Fast turnaround without quality drop — this is non-negotiable
Self-starter: you manage your own time, meet deadlines, and flag issues before they become problems
Nice to Have:
Experience with light therapy, wellness, or health brands
Basic motion graphics or text animation skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
Understanding of ad metrics — you know what a hook rate is
