What You’ll Do

Weekly Scope:
• 1 Long-Form Video (~10-15 minutes) for YouTube
• 2–3 Short-Form Videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) Standalone (not cut from Long-form videos

Editing Expectations

We’re looking for premium-level editing, not basic cuts.

You should be able to:
• Deliver clean, modern edits (no clutter, no gimmicks)
• Build custom charts, diagrams, and visual explainers
• Use intentional animation to enhance clarity
• Add on-screen text and callouts where helpful
• Improve pacing, storytelling, and retention
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic

• Design engaging, high-trust YouTube thumbnails
• Balance curiosity with credibility (no spammy clickbait)
• Iterate and improve over time
