JOB OVERVIEW

We are urgently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our CEO and Finance/Accounting Team. This role will work closely with our current Financial Analyst and assist in driving financial insights, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization.

This is a work from home position ideal for a finance professional with strong modeling skills and experience supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate overall financial performance, including key drivers and KPIs
* Build, maintain, and enhance financial and sales models for budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement
* Assist in establishing and maintaining financial dashboards for senior management and business partners
* Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly productivity and realization reports across active engagements
* Manage and analyze the firm’s revenue pipeline (prospective, current, and won engagements) across multiple practice lines
* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to address emerging business challenges
* Support the development and maintenance of 3-statement financial models for forecasting, M&A activities, and strategic investments

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related role
* Strong experience with financial modeling, including 3-statement models
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (required); experience with financial planning tools is a plus
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Windows - based setup is highly required for this position.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience
* Experience supporting executive leadership
* Exposure to M&A analysis and strategic investment modeling
* Experience working with professional services firms or multi-practice organizations
