JOB OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Rep (Back Office & Social Media)

SHIFT: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time)
TYPE: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
PAY: $300 USD (Month 1 Probation) - Pay increases based on performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a smart, organized Tea ---------- mber to join us long-term.

This is NOT a typical call center job. This is a dynamic hybrid role where you will handle tasks for our internal agency AND act as the dedicated representative for one of our main clients (a US-based roofing company).

Your role will be a mix of:

Phone Support & Operations (Coordinating with homeowners/suppliers for our roofing client)

Back Office Admin (Tracking inventory and calculating job profits)

Social Media Management (Handling content, writing video scripts, and scheduling for our agency and clients)

We are looking for someone who is "Good with People," "Good with Numbers," and "Social Media Savvy."

WHAT YOU WILL DO

-- ROOFING CLIENT: OPERATIONS, SUPPORT & PROFIT TRACKING
You will manage the full project lifecycle. This includes handling inbound/outbound calls to schedule homeowner installations, coordinating with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time, and managing inventory. You will also "guard the profit" by using Google Sheets to track job expenses and compare actual costs against original quotes to catch any over-spending.

-- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (INTERNAL & CLIENTS)
You will handle social media admin tasks for our agency and our clients. This includes researching and collecting social media post ideas, writing and generating engaging scripts for short-form videos and reels, and managing the actual posting and scheduling of content across platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

EXCELLENT ENGLISH: You must have a clear, neutral speaking voice. You will be speaking to US homeowners, so confidence is key.

MATH & LOGIC SKILLS: You must be comfortable with numbers. You will be calculating profit margins and tracking inventory. If you hate math, this is not the job for you.

SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY: You must be comfortable navigating social media platforms, brainstorming content ideas, generating scripts for reels, and using scheduling tools.

CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE (PREFERRED): Experience in roofing, construction, or working for a US contractor is a huge plus.

TECH SETUP: Fast internet (Fiber preferred), a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and a 100% QUIET WORKSPACE.

Perfect. Now, just so you know, the materials and the dumpster will arrive one day early, on Monday afternoon. We will need you to please keep the driveway clear of cars so the truck can drop off the shingles.

The crew will arrive at 7 AM on Tuesday. It will be a bit noisy in the morning, so I just wanted to warn you ahead of time.

I will email you a confirmation of these dates right now. Do you have any other questions for me before the crew arrives? You're very welcome, Mrs. Johnson!"
