JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a marketing agency serving tradespeople and service businesses across Australia. We produce social media content, promotional videos, and AI-generated video assets for our clients across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy video editor who is confident using the latest AI video tools to produce high-quality short-form content, animated explainers, and AI-generated video for our growing client base. This is a part-time long-term role with room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for trade and service business clients
- Creating AI-generated video content using tools like Kling 3.0, Runway Gen 3, and similar platforms
- Producing animated explainer videos using tools like Nano Banana Pro or similar animation software
- Adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, and branded elements to video content
- Adapting raw footage and AI-generated clips into polished, platform-ready content
- Staying current with new AI video tools and suggesting improvements to our production workflow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid video editing experience — CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools — Kling 3.0, Runway Gen 3, Pika, or similar
- Experience with animation tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Canva video, or similar
- Strong understanding of short-form content formats and what performs on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Eye for detail — clean cuts, good pacing, on-brand visuals
- Experience working for a marketing agency or producing content for multiple clients (preferred)
- Reliable, meets deadlines, and communicates clearly
- Available during Australian business hours (at least partial overlap with AEST)

DETAILS
Hours: Part-time, ~20 hrs/week
Monthly salary: $500–$650/month
Type: Long-term, remote
