-Key Responsibilities-
Manage the day-to-day operations of Cabana’s affiliate program
Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliate partners
Build strong relationships with brand-aligned affiliates to drive growth
Set up tracking links, monitor conversions, and manage payouts
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI
Prepare reports and share actionable insights with the team
Research and test new affiliate platforms, tools, and opportunities

-Qualifications-
2+ years of experience managing affiliate programs
Hands-on experience with platforms like ---------- (preferred), Rakuten, Commission Junction, Partnerize, or similar
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Data-driven mindset and comfortable working with performance reports
Independent, resourceful, and proactive
